Registration fees

Training Courses “The first interview with the baby, the child, the adolescent and their family”

·       Courses not included in the registration fee (40,00€ per Course).

·       All courses will have limited places (12 to 15 people).

Course 1 “The first interview with the baby and the child”
Language: French-Spanish. Consecutive translation from French to Spanish
Speakers: Pascual Palau, Isabelle Lambotte and Michel Cailliau
Day and time: Thursday 26th from 1.00 to 2.30pm, and Friday from 8.30 to 9.30am

Course 2 “The first interview with the baby and the child”

Course 3 “The first interview with the adolescent”

Registration

• This is obligatory for all persons attending any sessions of the congress.
• Following confirmation of reception of payment by the Technical Organisers, the attendee will be sent confirmation of their registration by email.  
• Registration will be confirmed in strict order of arrival.
  • The first 613 registrations will have an identifying card entitling them to entrance to the Main Hall.
  • The next 305 registrations will have an identifying card entitling them to entrance to Room A3, where they can follow the congress via closed circuit television (Large format display).
• Registration for the congress includes: attendance at Scientific Sessions and access to the poster area, congress documentation, working lunches and coffee breaks.
• If attendees wish to attend any of the courses being run, they must pay a supplement. This is to be determined shortly.

Registration cancellation policy

• Cancellation of registration gives no entitlement to any refund. 
• Changes of names of attendees are allowed until 1st March 2018.
• Cancellations and changes of name must be in writing and emailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Miscellaneous

• Invoices will be issued upon receipt of proof of payment from the bank.
• Online registration will close on 20th April 2018..
• Identification card:
  • this is personal and non-transferable.
  • it must be worn at all times during the congress.

The organisers will notify attendees of any changes to the programme as promptly as possible. The organisers take no responsibility for any such changes. Attendees may not request a refund of the registration fee.

The activity will be assessed in order to rate the quality of the sessions. Attendees will be required to sign at different times during the congress to be able to issue the pertinent certificate of attendance.

Attendees and participants are informed that the event will be recorded and photographs will be taken during it; both recordings and photographs may be stored, published and disseminated via the official online platforms and channels run by SEPYPNA-AEPEA-ALTXA. Furthermore, attendees may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection as well as any others pertaining to them in respect of their right to honour, image and personal privacy at the following address: SEPYPNA.
